Pix by Painter Real Estate Photography LLC - SMS Terms & Conditions
- 1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
Once an order is placed with your contact information, you will be added to our customer data base. By opting in to Pix by Painter’s SMS (Text) service, you agree to receive text messages related to our real estate photography services. We will not use text for promotions or other spam related messages. The primary messages you will receive will be in regards to order or order related questions like scheduling, entry, or services required. On average, you may receive 1-2 messages per order. - 2. Opting Out
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our short code. After you send "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS (Text) messages from us. To re-subscribe, you may opt in again by following the original sign-up process.

If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, reply with "HELP" for assistance. You can also contact us directly at pixbypainter@gmail.com or call us at (630) 709-9325 for further help. - 4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS messages sent to and received from Pix by Painter. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. - 5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. - 6. Privacy & Data Use
